Bethany Bayless is a professional emcee, speaker, and trainer who has coached talent on set in over 200 interviews. She’s the “talent whisperer” because of her ability to help them calm down, channel positivity and bring up the energy.
OUR CLIENTS
Corporations hire us to train on air talent but also to provide confidence in speaking to their affinity groups, at conferences and for corporate employees in house. For example, we provide an session of in person training entitled “Table Topics” where we share the “ABC’s of Speaking Up” to the attendees with 30 minutes of training, following by an additional 30 minutes to one hour of practice. In the practice, the audience members will be asked a question that they’ve never heard and have 30 seconds to answer. Then our team critiques their answers in a supportive way that improves their communication and benefits the listeners in the audience as well.
